I made a HUGE blunder in shipping again recently but I think I have it all worked out now (actually my wife worked it out!). I'll check to make sure but if I remember correctly yours will arrive early in the week.

For those of you on the fence like me, I will be the 10th person if you will jump in as the 9th. They are pushing the spending limit I set for myself, so I'm allowing myself to buy these if I can get the group rate.

If you are wondering about the quality, I have spent the last two evenings researching. I could find one person who hated them (he was comparing against $1,000+ speakers) and one guy who would rather have more expensive Morel. Otherwise the response has been resounding. I went so far as to join a Canadian forum to see if I could get a viewpoint from outside the US. Their forum discussed JL as the lowest grade they would think about, where most discussions gravitated to what I consider exotic. Even there, opinion was still heavily in favor of the Hybrid - one of the forum mods stopped by to say he likes the ones he owns.

I went to my local shop, and managed to get the senior representative - he seemed intelligent and knowledgeable. He told me the same things Marv's been telling me for installation, setup, etc - OK, not just a salesman. I told him I was looking at the Clarus, and he was immediately curious - enough so that he had to see them online. He immediately started showing me a set of $850 Focal K2 Power series. Interesting, I didn't tell him the price of the Hybrids yet.

Come on folks! Jump off that fence, the economy's turning around as we speak, look the DOW is up 400 points! Ford and GM just announced 10,000 new jobs! Well maybe I exaggerate but this is one heck of a deal and will be awesome if you, the last, very most important group buy member was a part of it! Thanks in advance!

Well yesterday I talked to quite a few "last minute" guys interested in the group buy and several stated they would get in but to my surprise this morning number 10 did not appear! Never fear however as I went ahead and bought the last set myself to make sure everyone got the discount!

I was informed the speakers will be sent out to me on Monday and as soon as they arrive I will repackage them with the correct baffles, weigh them and send everyone a shipping invoice. I typically use FEDEX for the 48 contiguous states and USPS Priority Mail for the state of Hawaii however if you would like a specific shipping method or expedited shipping just let me know (by phone or email only please) .

You are truly a stand up guy! That was awesome that you took care of the group buy for us, I sure hope some of these people have had the pleasure of speaking with you. You very willingly share your valuable time to talk shop about stereos and generously give advice.
