Just read in the paper that Westboro Baptist Church is planning to picket Ryan Dunn's memorial service. Talk about "Jackasses."

i think picketing a funeral should be illegal. It really pissed me off when i see people doing this to the men and women who have died for this country to remain free

These people don't have a rhyme or reason. They're probably running out of money and hoping that they get clobbered so they can sue again.

yep. all its going to take is for one of them to receive a horrible ass kicking in front of the media and they will stop. i honestly don't know how someone has not been killed yet. i know that if i raised a son or daughter or lost a friend in a war and someone pulled this shit at their funeral i would be fucking someone up.

where is this one? They came to a local high school to picket a play about a gay guy and the anti protest had more people then their actual protest.

 

Unfortunately this fuels them, they will come out stronger in force and they have lawyers. There have been instances when people have threatened them and then they just get up in your face more because of the laws that we have that protect them.

Kicking their asses won't do anything, they actually WANT that so they can sue for millions -- like they've done before.

They need to be treated like you treat Internet trolls -- if you ignore them, they go away. These people feed off of attention and media coverage. Their business model is making money off lawsuits for suppression of speech and assault.
