    yup...

"The initial crash reconstruction investigation determined that Mr. Dunn's vehicle was traveling between 132-140 mph at the time of the collision," West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll said in a statement Wednesday.
Toxicology testing by the coroner indicated Dunn's blood alcohol concentration was 0.196%, which is more than twice the legal state limit of 0.08, Carroll said.

    that'll do it

He deserves to be dead. Driving drunk as shit, way too fast and killed his friend. Luckily he didnt kill any other innocents. God gave him the death penalty he deserved.

The passenger who died was an Iragi War veteran. F**k Dunn.

He chose to get in the car with Dunn. He could of called a cab instead and made it home safe. They both made the wrong decision that night and they both paid the consequences.

Not sure what you mean by that?

    1. the passenger chose to get in the car, chose to drink, probably encouraging him to see how fast he can go
    2. he didn't kill his passenger with malicious intent, they were together and something unfortunate happened (no matter who it was)

Were some very bad decisions made, certainly, can you be mad at Dunn for being an idiot period, certainly, but to be mad because of who his passenger was when his passenger willingly was in that situation? Thats a little over the top.

Who cares how he knows, the passenger was not forced into the situation, he chose to be there.

Unless the report has not come out yet that Dunn's passeneger was being held against his will?:notsure:

So by this logic if someone chooses to stand in front of your gun its not your fault that you pull the trigger?

No, but if I am pulling my trigger and you stand in front of my gun.

However that is not even the point I am making, he is mad not because he killed his passenger, but because his passenger was a vet. Would you not be mad if it was a civilian?

regardless whether his friend chose to get in the car, Dunn chose to turn the key and drive the car knowing he was drunk as shit and his friend was there. He deserves to die and it is totally %100 his fault that his friend died.

Maybe you should read a few posts back to know the situation. That is exactly what I said; it was a dumb decision and his fault, but it doesn't matter more because of who his friend was.

This is a stupid senseless thread, just like Dunn. Adios, sorry I wrote anything on it.

I had no problem with the "Ryan Done", untimely but quite clever, I just wanted to know why it is worse that the passenger was a vet?
