We did that at our high school too... They came to protest us having a gay homecoming king like 3 years after he graduated. We organized a huge counter protest and had a pledge donation thing set up, so everyone pledged money for every minute they were there. Were were raising like 1-2k a minute or something and donated a ton of money to AIDS research (which I found funny, people saying AIDS has nothing to do with homosexuality but I guess that's the "gayest" cause they could find). It was a pretty big middle finger to those pricks.

    Don't agree with this.

Edit: Why would you say that anyway?

As a resident of Kansas, I can whole heartedly tell you that NO ONE in Kansas appreciates Fred Phelps and his clan. It's an embarrassment to our state and our pride. They are not christians, nor do they preach acceptance or forgiveness. Please go away already.

I am surprised no one has formed a huge clan against his little group and burned all their houses down and everything else they have. There are definitely ways to get away with it. lol you can't sue thousands of people....

The main problem is that several members of the Phelps family have law degrees. Every time something happens to them they sue, and they win. This is the main way they get funding for their ridiculous charades.

Yeah I know. But... If you have thousands of people torch all their shit... how are they gonna know who to sue?

guess the best way is to just let natural selection take its course on them... maybe a bolt of lightning will strike down and kill them all off.

yea i saw the flyer online earlier. Pretty fucked up. these people should be shot! you don't do something that disrespectful to someones funeral no matter how much you disagree with their views/actions. People with such holy roots sure know how to hate. ridiculous and enraging at the same time!

Oh btw this is 100% real.

If you are so against them doing it why would you make a thread about it and give them even more attention, so they keep doing it?
