    It looks like he used another swb's bed and pasted it over. There is no TRD sticker on the original and the bumper and wheel wells are different.

    I used a polygon selection tool to grab the bed. Since white is difficult to change color, I added a 50% transparent layer and used some blue from the cab. This made a real light blue tint. I then merged the two layers so the tint was applied to the main picture. I chose a 50% tint because I wanted to preserve as much of the detail of the fenderwells as I could. Now that the bed was a light tint instead of white, I was able to use the color change tool to get it close. Then I adjusted the brightness and contrast to bring out as much detail as possible.

    To make it perfect, I should have painted white over the decals first but there was just so many I skipped the step.
