League is around $400 (26 games), pick up games are 6 bucks (2 hrs) and open ice is 4 bucks - 11 months out of the year its open. 1 month down for new ice and back up in Sept. I grew up playing in North Dakota - good group of guys in town though....I got my front tooth knocked out a few weeks back from a stick, guess thats what ya get for not wearing a face shield... Stoked to play this weekend.

With trading those two away, you gotta think they are close to or already have a deal in place for Bryzgalov. Thats trading a whole ton of offense away for a goalie though.

 

I'm interested to see if the Canucks make any significant deals before free agency kicks in .

thats what the problem was. The partying no doubt. They only unloaded about 11 mil from those 2, and could have easily just dumped Versteeg, Hartnell and Coborn to make 11 mil if they wanted to. Their fans MUST be pissed

Bryzgalof took a shitty Coyotes team to the playoffs more then once. He will easily be their best goalie in a long LONG time

 

Also, Carter is FAR from injury prone. He played 318 of the last 328 games. Thats actually solid as hell. Both trades are shit IMO. Brayden Schenn has to be the most overrated prospect of all time. His ceiling is literally Mike Richards, and thats probably a 5% chance at best

I honestly have no clue what to think of this. I've been looking forward to watching Brayden Schenn play. I don't know if he's overrated, or not. Fact is, minors and NHL aren't the same, so it's a gamble. When I heard Kings trade Simmonds and Schenn for Richards, I was hoping it was Brad Richards. Simmonds is a workhorse. He'll give 150% every day, even if no one else seems to. I just hope it was worth getting rid of Schenn and Simmonds for Richards
