    We would get off the bus, go straight to our bikes and be gone until dark. We lived in a somewhat rural area so I couldn't see the porch light but when it got dark we would hurry home because we were afarid of wild dogs. Even though no one ever saw any. During the summer we would stay gone allday. If we got thirsty we knew were a natural spring ran down a waterfall all year round. Awesome times.

    I remember coming off a jump doing a "can can" and not making the pedal...that "bear claw" pedal took so much meat off my shin.

    How about having half your left knee cap cut about a inch deep from a motocross footpeg? I still have scars on my elbows from bmx and more scars from motocross bikes.
