The heims will give you a little more adjustment that he may need but doing a bushing arm would be easier/cheap and may last longer. But will take more work to be more accurate. Another option would be to convert the djm arm to heims since they are usually a tubed. Cut the bushings off get bungs and welding them on. But to convert an upper arm to heims your looking about 300bucks plus someones time. Alignments using the heims are more expensive but once there set you never have to adjust them.

I spotted an LT 2nd Gen today in AZ.

It was silver, 4 door, short bed. Had TC kit with Fox coilovers and color matched glass up front, stock bumper but had it flush with the fenders, rear was stock. Had chrome rims with terra grapplers. Parked at QT on Recker and mcdowell in Mesa. Is this truck on here?

Or have a shop modify your uca and add hiems to them. That way you don't have to pay for a new set of arms. I'm sure with the hiems you can bring the top out enough to fix your camber.

yup. might swap the stock ones out with some wheelers ones and see if it bothers me after the bypasses are dialed in.

.120 DOM will be more then strong enough for a bumper. Many bumpers are made with seamed mild steel not DOM cause its cheaper. But DOM will never hurt. If you were ever to Nerf or hit someone both will most likely just dent. If you hit them hard enough i'm sure both will collapse.

How detailed of a write-up? I documented the step-by-step of my build in this happily uncluttered thread: Not sure if it'll help but it shows the stages pretty well.

Okay guys, so I can't decide what to do with my rear suspension, I'm looking for something that'll best suit my needs and purposes, but I don't want to have to do it again. Here's what it comes down too...

    Option 1

    - Bolt on Bed Cage (Custom or Giant)
-14" or 16" Smooth Bodies (new) or Bypasses (used)
    - 4" King Bumpstops
    - All-Pro Expo Leafs

    OR

    Option 2

    - All-Pro Expo Leaf Pack
    - Icon 2.5 Res Shocks (stock mounting location)
    - King Bumpstop or Jouncestops (LR)

I know the 1st one will cost more then the other, but I'm just looking for the opinions on my ideas at this point, SOA) is pretty much necessary (due to location/terrain), or is there another option what do you guys think?!
