Had a little too much fun tonight, and took on a good bit of water. I had water in my oil so I had it towed to my local dealer and its sitting in the lot, soaking wet now. After the oil I need to get the carpet cleaned and seats done cause I dont wanna have to pay someone to detail it. Any suggestions on what to do?:mudding:

well for the interior i would recommend taking everything out... seats, carpet, everything... and letting it all dry properly and then shampoo it with a carpet cleaner and let dry, otherwise if you leave it in the car it will prob not dry properly and you could get mildew/foul smell

I will post some pics later. Just got stuck, haha. No other way to put it. It was worse than I thought. I had it towed to my local dealer and after come serious consideration, I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. It was worse that I thought. Sounds like its going to be totaled, which really pisses me off considering I just bought a Pro Comp 3" lift and some new headlights and fogs. I'm hoping I can get another Taco though.

Well was the hood underwater? that crazy there going to total it. I would probably just drain the oil and all the other fluids and clean everything out like everyone else said.

The hood was underwater. Its a lot worse than I've seen really anyone take water on their interior. Just going to go through my insurance and see what happens. Who knows, I might be able to get something just like it!

I will, my girlfriend has them on her phone, its hard to look. I haven't even had it for a year, and I love it. Just got a bunch of goodies I was going to put on tomorrow too. Probably have to sell them now.
