Just got back from lifting Beerking's truck. I think Dave has an "after pic." Shit looks nice!

Unfortunately no time for mine or Colton's truck.

Thanks to Chris, Dave & Colston for helping me with my lift today, you guys fucking rock. Unfortunately, I am an idiot and didn't take pre-lift measurements so I'm not sure how much actual lift I got :( It looks great, though I expected the front to sit a little higher than it does. The back measures 38.5 from the ground and the front measures 36.5, though the driver side is a tad lower. Do those numbers seem right to you guys or does it seem a little low for the front? Maybe I just got more out of the rear than I should've, who knows. I'm getting it aligned on Monday and then throwing some Spidertrax on to widen the stance a little. Hell, maybe the alignment will help |shrug|

Oh and it seems I have the dreaded driveline vibration when starting off :( Guess it's time to start ordering a diff drop kit, shims & CB drop...

Chris we'll have to have another mod day for your truck here soon, I know you wanted to get those Bilsteins on today. Had a good time today meeting you guys and attempting to wrench (more like me watching you guys work) but hey, it was better than yard work or the dreaded "honey-do" list.
    *Colton :D

Sorry I had to run right before starting on the rear! Hopefully all went well on the AAL install. You might be able to get away with putting a trim packer in the driver side coilover to compensate some for the lean.

I think after I use the spring compressor a couple times I'll be less weary about it.
Also, the diff drop wouldn't help with vibes, since AFAIK that only helps with your CV angles. The shims and CB drop would be something to look into.

    Anyways, good meeting you all!

Good times for sure. X2 on the mod day for Chris. Let me know whenever you want to do those Bilsteins and I'll be there with a cooler full of beer and an extra pair of hands.

Doh! My bad man, I'm terrible with names [IMG]

No problem main. It wasn't too bad, though I did almost cause Chris to go blind in one eye lol. Sorry again dude!

Yeah, I was pretty skeptical of that spring compressor, it seemed kinda ghetto.

    Ahh, that's right. Good call.

Yeah, when I get some coil overs Ill give you a hola. Today I just really wanted to get out of the house, get my hands dirty, and like Colton, dodge some yard work.

went good. just got alot of extra wire underneath the dash cuz of it. the worst part of installing that and the lights was the fishing the wire threw the light hoop. once that got taken care of, everything installed great. I know the Spod is pricey but man, it makes things so much cleaner and its nice to be able to add accessories with out havin to do a whole lot more to the truck and have relays all over the truck. they are just in one spot now. everything was packaged great, instructions are good with color pics.
