Hey miller, I wanted to get a Superman emblem for my brother for his birthday. He has a 09 Nissan Sentra. I dont know if you need the bolt pattern or not. I may be able to get some pics for you. I know he would love it! Thanks. If you could PM me with the details about what you need and everything, and I will try to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Another 2 weeks go by and nothing... Just paypal me the $125. back, you obviously have some problems you aren't talking about. My daughter will be real disappointed, it's a shame. Money please, your 4 weeks beyond commitment, you aren't being honest here.

I will admit, your order seems to have been snakebit. But I have tried to keep you posted as to what's going on. First the part came back with a jagged inside edge and the 2nd time it came back slightly smaller than it should have been and wouldnt fit the oval properly. I have had to run it through production 3 times for it to come out right. I agree that you are the one feeling the pains of these production faults. I will be the first to admit that this should not have gone this way. I did not want to ship out anything sub par so I ordered them to be remade until it came back where it would be a part I could be proud of.

That being said, I never have been dishonest with anyone on here. I do not tolerate it when people do it to me, so I give the same respect to others. Sometimes orders get messed up and things take much longer than they should to get right, but at the end of the day I make sure to ship out parts that are of quality and I know I have done so in an ethical manner.

I do apologize for the series of delays and will do what it takes to make the situtation right.

Dude, as I told you on PM... I am the most patient guy you'll ever meet, to a point.

You've never once proactively reached out to me, only made excuses when I reach out and question you. 6 weeks later all I have is a Paypal receipt and lip service.

Easy then, return my money, that makes it right, it's been 6 weeks.

Thats fine. You will recieve a refund. I will be shipping the emblem out regardless because I do not want your daughter to be disappointed. Just consider it a gesture of commitment. I told you you'd get your emblem and I want to keep my word.

I have been talking to some of you guys about the Toyota devil horn emblem and have been getting a lot of interest for a batch. I have talked with my partners at Emblemart.com and we will be producing these for a limited time.

Since I havent said much about the partnership yet, I'll give some details now. We have started working together to turn what I did as a hobby into a business venture. With the transition from a hobby to a business there has been an increase in costs of operation so we have had to adjust pricing so we can continue to produce the emblems. We will occasionally be offering a "Metalmiller Batch" at a significant discount to what a single custom piece costs. Since I got my start here on TW, I want to show my appreciation and give a discount when I can!

My friends at emblemart.com will be handling all of the design work and order taking and I will be concentrating on the metal production. This has given an increase in efficiency and capabilities that I would have been able to achieve on my own. I am still around so please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have!

Anyways, here is the link to our first "Metalmiller Batch" order page.

And here are some sample pics of the horned emblems.

sorta sounds like my situation, took several weeks from when he accepted my payment to finally get it delivered to me. promised to keep me updated, send me pics etc., but it was only after i sent him PMs or emails. I'm a really patient guy too and actually felt guilty for having to pester him with inquiries, I know people can get busy. I'm pretty disappointed to hear I wasn't the only one though. although to his credit he did eventually send me my custom emblem, the only problem was it was poor quality. I sent it back along with my OEM emblem so he could accurately draw measurements. My return package was delivered, but havent heard back since I told him I would be mailing the pieces to him. That was over a week ago. I've pretty much lost all enthusiasm for this product. I was really amped to get it, but all these issues and delays and lack of communication just becomes stress that I dont need. pretty depressing. During our conversation I've also suggested to him that he consider finding another shop because the polish finish I received was an embarrassment. i dont know if that was done through this partner, or someone else, or if the quality control issues have been taken care of. Hopefully it has. I'd hate to see more people disappointed with their orders.
I'm surprised to see you get a full refund and your emblem. I was promised a partial refund for the crappy polish job I paid extra for, if the shop could not correct it. I never got offered a full refund plus the emblem though, even though I'd like to think I've gone through more pains than you. Squeaky wheels do get the grease I guess.

edit: just to be clear, im not asking for a full refund. i simply just want an emblem i can be happy with. although at this point im probably not gonna be happy with anything less than perfect after all of this.

I have received your emblem and have been working on solutions to the problems. I have not had as much time as I would have liked to knock it out as fast as I would have liked between getting shipped to back and forth out of town and purchasing a house. I want to take the proper time to make sure it gets taken care of right so I can get you a product to be happy with. I have also been exploring different options for finishing like we spoke about via email. I did not want to rush it through and not have a product you were 100% happy with. But I assure your emblem is getting attention. Please shoot me an email if you have any questions.

    What's up guys!!

My name is Travis. I am the owner of EmblemArt!! I make custom emblems in short order. 1 or 1,000,000 it makes no difference to us!!

I just want to introduce myself and address some of the issues that are rising here on TW recently.

First of all regarding the recent timeliness of MetalMiller. I will take all the flac for that. EmblemArt and Metal miller have entered into confidential contracts and agreements that have been holding him back slightly on orders. Apart of these contracts are that he guarantees his product. Thus the sir above who has had 3 emblems cut for him, MetalMiller was assuring that it is a superior product, that you could be 100% satisfied with.

Regarding the sir with the finish, this is a recent addition to the MetalMiller emblem. We have been in the process of finding a powder coater who can do the job. This is no fault of MetalMiller, nor I, this is a direct result of false promises by a third party whom we use no longer.

Now to give you guys the low down on custom emblems. Anywhere else in the world that you order emblems from it will take a minimum of 9 weeks for completion and a minimum order of at least 300. There is a miracle in the fact that MetalMiller has developed a system to get you a single aluminum or steel emblem any quicker. To add onto that MetalMiller works a second job. MetalMiller and I have had meetings to make the ordering process quicker and more efficient. A part of this process is that I personally will handle all emblem orders, questions, concerns etc from this date forward. This will allow MetalMiller to make the emblems while I address issues from others, thus making the whole of the process much quicker for everyone. This is my business, I make it my business to keep my customers satisfied.

If you guys have any questions, I will check here periodically or you can email me.

Edit: Hellbilly go to the link provided by MetalMiller you will see how to order there. We will only be able to offer this design for a limited time, so jump on it.

Edit: It should be mentioned that if you order the emblem without any finish on it, it may arrive with some surface rust as it is untreated steel

The funds hit my Paypal account today, thank you for the prompt refund. I'm not trying to take $ out of your pocket and don't expect you to work for free. If/when you do get the emblem completed as we discussed and intend to send to me, I'll pay you as agreed upon arrival. Glad you guys are Working out the kinks.
