I honestly felt bad for the guy... he came out the car all messed up with head wounds and a broken ankle.. he pleaded with me saying how hes so sorry and to take him home.. idk in situations like that people say they would beat the shit out of someone but then when it happens reality settles in.

I doubt its totaled..... it doesn't look that bad.... look at it this way.... time for a new hood........put the other money into body armour and enjoy the truck...it sucks and ur bummed but its not that bad.....metal is fixable...... and the douche bag got caught...serves him right.....

If the cop does his job right....expect to receive something to attend court...don't know about where u are but sometimes there is compensation for victims.....(at least here) and you can get everything all back :)

    Chin up

Is your truck manual or automatic? If it's manual were you in gear or just have the e-brake set?

I would definitely say the body isn't totaled. I'd be more worried about my powertrain after it being shoved what looks like a couple feet while it was still in gear or in park (possibly)

Got any better pictures of what it did to your mom's sequoia?

yes he has insurance... But i believe my Radiator is hugging my motor and the whole front end is tweaked. The Frame is ok but my whole left front is just hugging my motor. close up it looks like a mess in there i think he even ruined my TRD Intake the 1st version.. GRRR. dudes in jail though... This stuff happens every day. I just cant believe it was a nissan frontier Ass holes LOL

Its an auto... moms car took it well she absobed all the impact but her car went 12 feet back and hit my car...her car took it pretty well actually she barley has any damage i think all she needs is a fender and bumper and a back bumper and the back door..my car just crumbled they make these tucks to crumble now a days cheap.

Your mom's SUV looks like a Sequoia. Either way, get it fixed. Just make sure it's done at a reputable Toyota Body Shop. You should be able to get something back for all the mods you've done so far.
I'm so sorry to hear and see what happened.
Is this guy driving the Frontier a neighbor? I'd hate to see his freakin' face every day passing by the house.

Atleast it was a truck and not a whole family on the road.....he should do his time and the insurance company from his side should get you a new truck
