Just got to Breck on Friday, from St. Louis. I can't believe how much snow y'all got here this winter. It may put a damper on the trail rides for a while. I'm gonna try Webster on Monday or Tuesday, but probably too much snow. I'll be here next weekend if anybody wants to go trailing.

Did Tin Cup Pass up to about 11,700ft. yesterday at the COTTORA Takeover. Then we did some snow bashing and got a little further. But at the summit of the pass there is no way it will be passable until late July or August. Ton's of snow still.

Maybe you can break it a little further for us.:D I know Grizzly Lake Trail is open to the lake as they broke through to it Saturday at Takeover. Most of the rest in the area you are not going to get much past 11,7k. Unless of course you want to run OCG. It's dry. :p

yea i don't think i'll be snow bashing anything...so far just me with a rig up there this weekend...got people bailing/not committing

but it's looking like i'll be getting into BV friday night...driving up mt princeton to the cabin early saturday to hike princeton and tigger, then if time/weather allows, i'll be looking to hit up some trail saturday afternoon...maybe see how far up antero i can get?

sunday maybe reserved for floating/freezing on some inner tubes down some sections of the arkansas that flow past camp and hang out near taylor reservoir, but would be willing to hit up a trail sunday morning or late afternoon

then monday i'll be heading back, looking to get some turns in at abasin before they close

let me know if you gonna be in the area and want to meet up or if you're looking to get out camping, there should be some free spots by my spot

Sunday I'm planning on exploring sevenmile road by BV. There is a few spurs off of it so it may take a few hours to complete.

X2 and there is still a ton of snow to melt so the rivers will not be letting up for quite a few more weeks.

Took the wife & pups up a skinny trail out of town. Got really rough above tree line (skinny). Had fun though. I found that once you pop the plastic rivets on the mud flaps (3 on each), you just take out the 3 small bolts on each to remove them. I take 'em off when I get to the rough stuff 'cause the Toyota dealer in St. Louis said they cost $90 a piece. Whoa! The plastic rivits are $1.15 ea at Toyota, but cheap at the parts store. I'll put the rivets back in when we head home in a couple weeks. Going out off Tiger Rd. & 354 way up high.

Glad your alright. You were definitely saved by those trees.
Are you going to part it out? The Colorado Trading Post Thread will be your friend if so.
I might be interested in your headlights, hubs and some other backup parts.
