Mine pops too. Same condition, low speed turning or very small bumps. Large bumps or speed and I have no noises. I have taken everything apart 3 times and re checked and found nothing. Even took out my shock and put everything back together to cycle without the shock. I have found 5 or 6 people with similar issues. Some have Camburg, some have TC, one has All Pro. Im thinking its just noises that I am not used to because my truck only had 70k on it when I did the LT. Let me know if you find anything

Its not too loud. It sounds like you are lightly tapping the frame with a wrench but more like a stress "pop". I doubt it would come up on a video but Ill try later

You know Im kidding your truck is bad ass. Its funny though how some people view it. When my dad first saw my truck he said I ruined a perfectly good truck lol. I disagree :D

Maybe that is why mine is popping worse. Its over 110 here now :(

a coworker of mine says the same thing. After I got my bed sides on he was like "finally, now we dont have to look at that eye sore"

I thought it looked pretty cool with no bed sides lol

Briefly..I checked em this morning..visibly they look ok. I tugged on em this morning and they didn't move at all. When I get home, I'll jack the front end up and take a closer look. Should I grease them up or something? I don't know what could be bad on them besides that rubber seal but I dont see that being the reason of the noise.

That video you posted, is there a thread somewhere that guy posted in?

That sounds pretty close to mine too. Matt did you mean you posted a video of your truck and it sounds like that too? Also is yours on the drivers side?
