    Hey all,

I got my first Tacoma last June. It's a 2010 Black Double Cab 4x4. I learned to drive in a 4Runner and my parents said they were going to keep it and it would be my first car (so much for that), but it turns out I got lucky in the long run getting this Tacoma.
I'm thinking about doing some upgrading and during my research I came across this awesome website. So far I've decided on Toytec's ultimate lift kit, Mickey Thompson Sidebiter wheels, and General Grabber AT2's.

Any thoughts/helpful hints would be much appreciated!

Welcome from Mobile! Looks like a great setup, check the backspacing on those wheels, you want around 4.5 in order to run 285s. ROLL TIDE!

Will 285's run without rubbing at all? I was thinking about getting the 265's... the backspacing is 4.5 if I do recall

That would be helpful... too bad I'm in Illinois for the summer interning. My uncle is going to help me out with it all. I consider Auburn as home, for now at least. Any chance you could post some pictures of the trimming you did?

That's awesome. I will definitely let you know. Do you know if he buys the grill and everything or would I have to supply him with one?
