    I got the toytech AAL.

I'm gonna loosen all the U-bolts and remove the shock from each side and drive forward about 5' and back a couple of times then tighten everything back up to spec. I'm thinking that we installed everything on one side and torqued it down then went to the other side and the axle might have been out of whack. Hopefully this will let everything straighten out. I'm blasting over to Missoula on Friday and don't want to have any issues driving over there.

Today in the rain I changed the oil, cleaned the dirty power steering res screen, greased the driveshaft and my leaf shackles, lowered and lubed the spare tire cable, checked all the rest of the fluids and fixed a broken ground wire for my aux lights.

Also curious. Like the idea of doing it myself, BUT id imagine it like a paint job, you want that done by a pro with experience.

    $$$

Not at all. They charged me 500 for it. And that was with a $25 coupon I printed off Rhino Linings website. I feel like that is pretty steep. I searched around for other prices and every shop was charging around the same price. I found out two days later my co-worker has all of the tools to do it and would have done it for 200 if I helped prep it. Oh well.

why did you mount them like that and not angled like this-> / \ know what i mean?

also did you just weld the tabs right to the axle? ive been thinking about doing this soon and flipping my u-bolts but my main concerns were how to mount them for best possible ride/flex. and i was worried about somehow burning through the axle

    Canada Eh!
Change my spark plugs. I went with OEM Denso. I gapped them to .040". Cant beat $23 for 6 plugs :D While I had the throttle body exposed I cleaned it.

Needless to say, after seeing the shape my old plugs where in I am surprised I was getting the fuel economy I was. On highway I would get 18-20 us-mpg, and the truck ran smoothly. I wont complain about an increase :)

    Here are some pics.
