Tosh. I like the composition but man, the HDR is overcooked. The first and third of the Mounted Patrol are great shots.

Try Hipsta-matic. Variety of different presets you can use.

Everything else is tits. In fact, you should make a few prints for the Horse Patrol guys (the first one).

I think I've only ever posted one picture of her but it was a long time ago. But here is my girl, Kayte says "Hi TW!"
PS: She was only giving me that look because she doesn't like having her picture taken. :D

a couple from the lake today and yesterday. These are for the most part straight out of the camera. Just some adjustments to the contrast.

I have a quick question on capturing fireworks. What kind of settings do you guys use on your cameras?

When its a subject that I don't feel that I know the right settings for I usually either put the camera in aperture priority or shutter priority.

I was thinking about using full manual and messing with both setting and seeing what I captured, I agree with you on the burst mode as well.

I hoping it doesn't rain this weekend because i'm going to the Coke Zero 400 and they always put on a good firework show every year I've been there and I really want to try and get some good shots of the fireworks and the race.
