Kinda last minute, but me, my buddy in an FJ, and a guy in a swapped taco on 37s are going to mountainside this weekend for a day run on saturday. The guy in the other tacoma knows the place really well and will be guiding us around since it will be my first time there. It looks like a fun place to ride! Anyone want to join?

I would come if I didn't have something else already going on. The next few weekends are going to be busy.

Its in gadsden. I also live in birmingham and its about 1.5 hours. Its supposed to be a pretty nice place to wheel. Im sure there are trails that are pretty easy as well as insane trails. Theres probably bypasses for the hard stuff. I dont really know much about the place except the videos ive watched and pictures ive looked at. It will be my first time there so i dont really know what to expect. Would you want to run the tough trails? If not, its pretty much my buddys first time actually wheeling and he will probably stay on the easier stuff. Look at rev limiter at mountainside on youtube. I might try it, but its kinda scary.

No thanks then. I'm driving up from mobile and don't want to go another hour and a half. Thought it might be around bham. Have fun.

It was! the park was pretty good, kinda small, but still fun! There were lots of huge rock slabs like rev limiter on the side of the mountain that made for some fun climbs, it was pretty cool.

Looked sweet. I think my rear bumper would have taken some hits there.

Rev limiter is fun! Im trying to. My dad has to come with me on long trips and he is always busy so it makes it difficult. Plus he doesnt like wheeling. He thinks im just destroying my truck. But, im trying to talk him into comming to mountain city and windrock!

Yes. I think its an extra $10 so that would make it $20 for camping and wheeling the next day. I think, im not 100% sure though.
