I work in Sevierville and love exploring my fav is max patch in harmon's den NC

 

I live in Chattanooga, I'd be up for getting together on some halfway local (~2 hours or less away) trails, I don't know anywhere to take my truck offroad other than unimproved roads going to hiking trails.

 

Anyone around gatlinburg and pigeon forge? Going up in a few weeks.

 

Im down to meet up. Lets run some trails

Hey Zach. If you don't find someone in Knix to do what you want, Sunshade in Sevierville did my fronts at 20% to match he rear for $60. Good luck

 

ok thanks! i googled and came up with a few places i'm going to ask some people i know about the places i found. if none are really good i don't mind a little drive. and BTW if you don't know 20% is "considered illegal. 35% is state law. but you should not have a real problem with it. i'm go to do 20% and like a 30% strip on windshield. i know quite a few knox county and a few city officers that would right it off for me "if i ever got one" i even thought about doing 15. but think it maybe to dark for my drive way at night.

 

ok did some one on here. in a silver 2nd gen looked like DC maybe LB did not get a good look,? honk at me. turning off Andersonville Hwy/61 on to norris free way heading torrid’s Norris dam? it was about 30/45 min ago.

 

I know a guy that tints locally if you are interested.

 

yeah i maybe. will he do 20% tho? i know some places will NOT go darker than 35%. and i’d like to get in done in july(if money allows) me and my 2 brother just got dad a new $525 watch for old mans day. and i’m trying to plan 2 trips before in of august.

 

Hey I'm from southern middle TN ( Lawrence County) and i'm glad to see a TN thread going here.

as far as window tint goes i do that on the side and from what I've learned over the last 15 yrs doing it is that a tint shop will match what is on the vehicle. So what i'm saying is have someone do at least one window at 20% and they will match it. Eiither that or drive down this way and I'll put whatever you want on it for the cost of tint and beer

and yeah i just want to match the back. and a 5" strip of 30% on the windshield. i have head from a few people that some will not go darker than 35%(state law) for whatever reason.

well i but my TW.COM sticker on today. so now you knoxville and surrounding guys should be on the look out for me.

 

any of you guys know of a good pull apart around knoxville? i need to get a front fender trim pice for dads tundra. dealers ar wanting $200 and the thing is not even 2” high. lol. 1st gen tundra.

 

there is a pull a part out rutledge pike.

You can check their vehicle inventory on line...otherwise, just call the local junk yards and see what they have on their lot.
