I've been calling and emailing with no response after 3 weeks!! Does this guy still exist? All I need is the frickin hardware to install his Bud Built skid plates. Grade 5 carriage bolts and 10.9 M8 bolts are harder than hell to find. Yes, I've tried OSH, Home Depot, all the usual places. Even industrial fastener stores but they only want to sell me a bag of 20. I only need 4 of each.

    Help.

Just use their website to identify what you need and order it online. In terms of fastners, if they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist. And they sell most things in reasonable quantities, as well as like boxes of 50.

Okay, well I received an email from Bud on July 2nd. Since then Ive left two voicemail messages and sent three emails with no response. This is very discouraging to say the least. Especially when all I need a few bolts!!!

I'm kinda stuck. I either wait and pray for Bud to return my call or buy a 20-50 bulk bag of grade 5 carriage bolts. Ridiculous. Does this guy want business or not?!

Not trying to make excuses for Bud...but the man runs a very small shop...i think he may only have 1-2 employees (fireturk can confirm) and also has like 10 kids and a family

He's not the easiest person to get in touch with but he'll make it right

I'm glad some of you are supporting him, though I'm running low on support. I mean come on, going on 4-5 weeks now of trying to get my dang bolts. We all get busy, that's life. But there's a limit and customers need help. I'm sure he's a nice guy, but how do I know that if he's not returning calls or emails?

Anyone have an alternate phone number or something? This is just getting ridiculous.
