haha, be careful with that! I bet 1/10th of a pill might make him sick, or sedated a hell. My buddy used some drug to his cat going across country, they ended up spending two days at the vet half way across the U.S.

Your dog gets pretty crazy with the noise?

ya my dog kinda gets worked up with stuff, he has a guard dog side (a pethic one at that lol) to him when he hears weird or loud noises and he also is scard of just about everything haha.

we got him from the pound in september so we dont know what he will be like on the 4th. but id rather not have him scarred to death all night, or barking all night, just a little precaution :p

My Dog gets really pissed off, and Barks and chases the fireworks. Its really kinda funny.
He's definitely not afraid of them thats for sure. If you light one in front of him, he will try and eat the damn thing, so he is confined to the back yard to chase the sky Willy Nilly!!
Good Ol Jack Russels fearless little shits!!!

We went to Steamboat Colorado a few years ago over the 4th for my dads birthday. I have 3 dogs and my sister had mom and son shepherd/huskies. We hired a "sitter". We got a phone call on the morning of the fifth.

Sitter; "I've been cleaning for over two hours! Blue (Sister's dog) broke out of his crate. They are all fine but he shit and pissed all over the house."

My dogs get scetchy but not to the point of destroying a crate and the house. My Pit actually will hide under the bed when fireworks are going off. Same with thunder.

Fucking ay, every-fucking-body on this whole goddamn planet should celebrate our holiday! But NOOOOO, you're fuckin CANADIAN! Gee, don't you people have one of those holidays???? What? You don't? Oh that's right, you're still a part of Britain! :D
