Come here in August and early September...it's hot AND humid because of the monsoon season.

Yeah. Funny thing, a thunderstorm was moving in, and about 5 miles out, and I looked at his temp gauge, and said (while double checking the temp on my phone), "Hmm.....122*....'Feels like' temp is only 118*"....So he says "Really? Its starting to rain, I kinda thought the humidity would be higher...". Thats when I told him "Dude...I was fucking with you. Its 122, and starting to rain. We're in hell."

I'm going to live in OZ's shed during the summer months. I hate heat.

You know....I dont think I've even seen spiders out.
Funny thing. In the afternoon, Gabby and Gunner like to lay on the concrete for 5 to 10 mins, then come inside. The concrete is about 130* or hotter!:confused:

I know it's nowhere close to the humidity in the good ol' peach state, but last September I was working a traffic collision and according to weather underground it was 116* at 35% humidity.

 you must be in hell!!! We've got storms too. As a matter if fact the main radio tower that serves two counties got struck by lightning twice. Once in the generator. So we are functioning all traffic on a 800 band now. :(

Well since I can't even afford a 5 foot piece of land up there I'll take the shed. And our bugs are on roids down here. For real.

Well I was told in multiple places that 200k would get mean shack. That gets me about a 2000 sq ft home or bigger down here. And I'm sure firemedics get paid crappy up there like they do down here. I have worked 2 - 3 jobs for many years.

And they wont publish a "Feels Like" temp when that happens too.

LOL!! I had a nice large tree about 15 feet from my front door, and one night, It was storming pretty good. Now.....I have about 5 sky lights in my house, so.....About 10:30 I was walking into the kitchen for a refill, when the power went out. That happened often, so it wasnt a big deal. Shortly after, this "BOOM" like I havent heard before, and my house shook, and lit up like every room had a large strobe light. Welp....I had to go outside and see if I could see what got hit. I looked up, and my poor tree was smoking! It tried to survive for about 5 years, but last winter, the HOA finally removed it. :(
