Kmc enduros

Anyone have kmc enduro wheels? I was wondering what size is best and what kind of tire I should get to go with them

 

Did you find any actually in stock? I thought they were out of production...I could be wrong though

 

Well I saw them on there website but you could be right

 

I think you are right, I had been trying to get some, but was told they were on backorder, that was over three or four months ago

 

They are shipping them now. I ordered mine in December 2010 (seriously) and just got my set in 3 days ago. The production run stamp indicates they were made at the end of May, and it looks like Wheel Pros (the national distributor) got them in the middle of June. So yes, they are shipping now. But I'm guessing the majority of the wheels that are being shipped now are to fill a HUGE back order.

Order em now, you may get lucky. But if not, be patient. REAL patient. LOL

 

what size you looking at getting?

 

i just ordered some too. I wont hold my breath but the guy told me they will be shipped in 10 days.

For you guys that have some coming what kind of tires are u gonna put on them?

 

i just have 265 70 17 duratracs

 

Orderd my set last Friday came in on Wednseday truck is at the shop now..Did run into a few miner issues.
1. Stock lug nut's dont work with wheel.
2. Wheel's came with two cap's one black dose not fit??????? And the chrom dose.. Not putting a chrom cap on balck wheel so my guy called about it and will have black one's that fit on Monday.....

I order 16's because got lot's of tread on current tiers and have you seen the price on 17" tiers !!!!!!!!

 

Here they are got to go back and have the black caps put on if they fit...
Frecking better!!

 

for some reason i have been told that these enduros will not fit any truck with a leveling kit or lift over 2.5

any ideas why?

 

Im running the 16s with 5100/eibachs just fine. Not sure if that helps.

 

interesting. however im getting a 17 inch wheel. and the offset is -6. The guys at the shop are saying if my truck is 2.5 or more lifted then this wheel wont work. something to do with the upper arms.

Any trouble fitting a lug wrench on those acorn lug nuts with your wheels? I've given up trying to find black ET lugs, settling on chrome. Can't decide on the Spline Drive ET (smaller diameter) or just the normal acorn ET lugs.

 

I have no issues.

 

I've had mine for a year and love them! Clean up easy, and tough as hell!

Center caps don't fit on first gens though....no big deal...I didn't like them anyways!
