    I was wondering if I would get called out for that. My favorite part is definitely the skin and this one was not good. The meat however, did not suck. Luckily it was for a bunch of health nuts that don't understand the awesomeness of perfectly crispified skin. It all got pulled off and was used with the bones for a great broth.

    Mahi mahi great fish to catch and eat, but I dont know about fish tacos. I bet they are good but grilling mahi mahi is soooo good it would be a stretch for me. I have tried it just like the grilled much better.
