What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I have them and it does seem quieter. I like them in the mornings with the window only down about even with the visor, little wind noise and not the big gust of wind in my face. Kinda takes the place of not having a sunroof and cant reach the rear slider while driving. I never liked window visors before, didn't like the look of them, but love these since they are so slim.

 

Just swapped out my Eibachs for 885x OMEs. They ride better IMO.

 

just got 18x9 gear blackjack wheels, and some nitto terra grapplers

 

Bought a 2005 double cab TRD PreRunner with 5' bed last night to tow my rock crawler.



Today I used mothers headlight restore kit to clean the headlights up

Then I cleaned the engine bay


Next weekend I'm fixing the corrosion on the wheels and telling the wife the battery is bad so I can get rid of the crappy walmart battery that it came with and put in a Diehard Platinum P4

 

Just did the mud flap trim mod. Was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Trimmed 3 1/2 inches off the front ones. Made them about even with the rears.

Installed 5100's all the way around and AAL. Good start to the holiday

 

removed all the badges and rubbed the paint clean.... sprayed truck with hose to remove wd40..... will work at painting badges later this week

 

used real 8 ball, took OEM shifter and cut vinly off, hacked up and cut out plastic insert to size, drilled hole for insert, used super glue to secure insert and install. took about 2 hours with small hand tools.

 

LED's in the glove box and center console.

 

MetalMiller Custom Emblem, Eyelids painted and installed. Need to wash it tomorrow.
