    Yes. USe WD40 and then wash it with regular car wash soap. Let the WD40 soak in for a while.

    Make life easier and grab some PoorBoys Bug Squash (as mentioned above). A must-have in your detailing arsenal! Spray this stuff on, let it sit for a minute or so depending on how nasty it is, then lightly scrub off the bug residue. Its cheap and the bottle lasts a long time.
