    Oddly I've never had a roommate. I've always lived with my family or a significant other. And I dumped the dirtbag that I was with before I bought my house. :D And yes, he deserved it. I caught him cheating. :mad: Damn firefighters are worthless. Except for the girl ones. :D

    I've always leaned toward FF's because they understand what I do, and the hours I work. I also belong to a GSAR team (Georgia Search and Rescue) so at any given moment I can be deployed for up to 2 weeks. Most civilian people don't get that. Plus - he was 10 years younger than me. :anonymous: Maybe that was the problem too.... Funny thing is, longest relationship I had was with a Canadian! LOL 12 years.

    The Canadian? No he wasn't a FF. White collar guy. The one that was 10 years younger, that I dumped almost 2 years ago was a FF. And the few before him were too. ALLLLLL cheated on me. Except the Canadian. And to call them dogs doesn't even make sense. Dogs are loyal. :D

    Yes it is... Bad thing about renting is you are throwing away money every month. I love owning my house. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want, with whomever I want. AND I can do whatever I want to the house/property. Like..... I'm currently drawing up the floorplan for my auto shop I'm going to build in the back. Gonna have a lift and everything. :woot:

    Hell to the yes!!!! :woot: It's going to have a mini-kitchen, bathroom with a shower, pitched floor with drains - so I can wash vehicles inside, and it will have an upstairs for storage. And A/C and heat!!!! Nice thing is, my wired shed thats going to be close to it has an old well that the house used to run off of. I'm gonna have the water tested, and if it's still okay - it will be free water for me. :D
