Power Sledding

Wasnt sure where to post this but "Off-Roading and Trails" sounds good to me.

Anyways last night my friends, some of my family and I went to my grandmas house and went "power sledding" as we call it in her backyard. Its where a car/truck pulls you around on a sled. It's so much fun and every one enjoyed it. Heres some pics(sorry for the quality and very few pics I wasnt taking the pictures).

Kicked alot of snow in the sledders' faces without mud flaps.

 

ahh..the joys of being stupid...I went to highschool with someone who did that, got really hurt when the car stopped, and the sled didnt.

That would be my brother...hes an idiot. I've already thought about what would happen if i did this or that. So I came to the conclusion slamming on the brakes is a bad idea and speeding up when turning and trees or other things are around(They will fly into it) and a few other things.

 

i wish i had snow here to try!

 

NICE!! put some down hill skis on and really gett'er going.

 

So it's like water tubing but with a truck instead of a boat, snow instead of water, and a sled instead of a tube...

hmm... sounds fun and dangerous...

 

hell yea, fun!! My friends and I did a similar thing last year in Colorado, used the truck as a tow-in for a big jump we built in the condo parking lot. Its always fun to get the truck involved.

 

It was a lot of fun and I kept it safe for the most part. We used to do this every year at my grandma's house but it hasn't snowed enough in the past few years or stayed on the ground long enough to go sledding.

we used to do that with a snowboard and a samurai. thats were i learned how to snowboard(kinda) and drive a stick
