Was browsing around and found these for sale. I know many people complain about there tabs either falling out or getting worn over the years so here is a complete replacement kit. I have no affiliation this Toyota dealership just thought it would help someone out. I don't need any myself but I'm thinking about ordering a backup set for down the road.

2001-2004 Tacoma Console Cup Holder Tabs (CUP-TABS)

    This kit has:
    4- Small tabs
    1- Large tab
This is for one truck replacement cup holder tabs - both cup holders in your one console in one truck. If you are not convinced, remove your console and turn it over, you will see!

This part fits the following vehicles:
    Toyota: Tacoma 2001 - 2004
    Toyota: Tacoma (pre-01) 1995 - 2000

    Our Price: $20.00

2" suspension lift with King Coilovers up front. Standard Bilsteins on rear with a Fabtech 1.5" AAL. Leer 100XL Shell.
People have made replacements out of all sorts of materials... leather, rubber, mousepads, etc. Just cut to size and screw in.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I bought mine from the dealer for less then 9.00 bucks so 20.00 seems a little much.

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
Thanks for sharing; although as everyone has pointed out, one could make their own, it is nice when someone posts something they find to help others out.

I realize that some people have made their own, but for people like me who work 50 hours a week, go to school full time, and don't have time this is for them.

Yep, but the thing is, it doesn't take much longer to cut a few pieces of rubber once you remove the console out of the truck and the old tabs out. The original material is flimsy and lame, and will fail again in the future if replaced in kind. The rubber gasket stuff I found will last much longer (so fewer replacements in the long term) and does a much better job of holding cups upright, and costs about $3. Not trying to get in a pissing match or poo on you post. Just offering what I think is a better solution for absolute minimal extra effort.

I read this write up ^^^^ that he made and called the dealer right after. had them the next day. Definitely one of the things that irked me about the truck, the little things

I found it at a local hardware store in the plumbing section.
