VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- A 19-year-old Deltona man is arrested for assaulting his own mother, with a taco. Dena Moir tells Fox 35 News her son, Zachary Moir, got out of control Wednesday night when she was calling him down for dinner. When he refused to stop playing his X-box and come down for dinner, Dena Moir says she went upstairs and unplugged the game, that's when she says Zachary pushed her and called her a bad name. "I've been having trouble with him for awhile won't work, wont' go to school. He's being rude and disrespectful. Pushing things to the limit as far as the violence.”

A few minutes later Dena says she was in the kitchen cleaning and cooking tacos for dinner when Zachary showed up. That's when she says he slapped her arm and threw a taco in her face. “He went ahead and hit me with the taco and I got taco all over my shirt and kitchen. I’ve threatened to call police before. But anyway this time, I thought he went too far so I called police and he's in jail now.”

Dena Moir called cops and said she wants to press charges. Moir says Zachary has tried to call several times, but she's not picking up the phone yet. She says she's going to let him sit in his jail cell in Volusia County for a few days to teach him a lesson.

 

That kid is a douche I would never act like that around my parents...I thought he tried to run over his mom or something when you said taco...lol.

 

Mom did the right thing. Let him think about for a few days. Makes my kids look like angels!

That kid is a chump. Hopefully a few nights cuddled with Tyrone in his cell will teach his some respect.

 

i know if i would do that my parents would be missing a kid cause i would be buried out back under the old pine tree.

i mean i love to play xbox and play cod for like 4 or 5 hours some times but no way in hell i would every act like that.

 

My folks would have done the same thing to me.

"Kids" have no respect for their parents these days... guess it's payback for trying to make their lives better.

 

If I did that, my folks would have beat me within an inch of death and I would have deserved every bit of it.

What a fucking tool.

 

I am so PROUD to be a Floridian, at least when I hit my mom I used a pillow case full of oranges, so it didn't leave a mark.Kids never learn.

Just Kidding, My cousin uses the "time out method" on her young kids, she will count to three and @ three the little bastard should stop whatever anoying thing he is doing, she could count to 100 and the devil spawn would keep doing it, my dad got fed up with the one, two, three...method and smacked him on the ass, he fell to the floor like he was hit with a tazer. He had never had a spanking, they don't come over anymore, I love my dad.

 

My wife is a child and family therapist, which means 2 things...

1. She fcks with my mind a lot...
2. She know how to solve behavior problems

Now, they always say that therapists kids are the worst... I guess I'll see... lol
