I think the want of closure is clouding a lot of your minds. How many people have duct tape in their house? How many of you have looked up something crazy, or opened a link to something crazy on the internet? How many of you have lost something important only to find it somewhere where it shouldn't have been? How many of you have lied for no good reason? How many of you were in the courtroom for the entire trial and saw all the evidence presented and not just what the media showed you and told you? I am NOT saying she is innocent or guilty but now truly ask yourself this. Would you rather an innocent person spend the rest of your life in jail just so you can feel good, or would you rather feel bad and have no closure but that innocent person is free like they deserve to be? A courtroom is not a place for emotions. You are presented facts, and must come to a conclusion based on those, and those alone because as soon as you let your emotions sway you logic goes out the window and innocent people go to jail.

+ 2 agree. Didn't they have some hairs from the little girl found IN THE CAR TRUNK that contained unusualy high levels of chloroform?? Plus umpteen witnesses about the car's odor??? Wouldn't this prove she was involved at least in some sort of negligent act? Did the jury totally ignore this?

The law says beyond a REASONABLE doubt NOT beyond all shadow of doubt.

The jury can only charge someone with what the prosecution puts them on trial for. Prosecution went for murder 1. The jury is not allowed to lessen the charge. The car trunk had normal levels of chloroform and caylees body had ZERO trace of chloroform

And the law says prosecution has to prove that is the ONLY possible outcome, and disprove all other reasonable options beyond the shadow of doubt. Know your laws before you spit them

That's just Due Process. If there are holes in the case, the defense will find them. The state had 3 years to process evidence. The state is the reason she will be free, not the jurors.
