I work at Phantom Fireworks. Just under 90 hours this week to handle the rush for the 4th.

You guys wouldn't believe how much money people spend on Fireworks.

I'll have quite the arsenal when the 5th comes around....

Fireworks are banned here. And the cops & firefighters aren't taking any shit this year. Extra patrols and unmarked cars will be making the rounds. Neighborhood watches on patrol too.

We're 5 miles from the edge of the 2002 Hayman Fire .. the largest wildfire in Colorado's history. And we stand with those suffering down in AZ and NM this year. We know that could be here again, too. It's tinder dry on the Front Range. Dicking around with fireworks isn't such a good idea around these parts this year.

My oldest one cant do fireworks, our vet turned us on to rescue remedy ( almost any drug store) no scrip. Its like 10 to 15 bucks for a small bottle but you only put 2 drops for a small dog less then 50 lb. or 4 drops for a big dog 50 lb. or more on there tongue. It goes a long ways. Its a homeopathic remedy so safe for the whole family. Hope this helps, Jim

My dog was fine with them. We sat in the back of my truck maybe 20ft from the fireworks. Only thing that kind of bothered him was the 'killer bees' and the pete's but i think thats kind of understandable seeing as their hearing is much more sensitive then ours.

One of our Department K-9's ( yellow lab named Hunter ) climbed over the side of his pen during neighborhood fireworks, K-9 officer saw him do it ,looked for him 3-4 hours throughout the neighborhood. Found him Tuesday morning July 5th lying dead on the 4-lane . I had him for 2 years and made tons of Drug cases and the current handler had just won 1st place with him at a recent County Competition. RIP - HUNTER

wow that sounds like a great dog, im sorry to hear that, it happened to my friends dog a few years ago and, i new her for 10 years and she got hit on the 4th, it was a very sad day :( wish you and everyone else that knew the dog the best

America for you :oldglory: on the topic, the USA being just about a solely importing country, the minute we get in a war with china or other countries that majorly export into the USA, we will be so fucked haha
ya it does! we gave it to my dog because we thought he had kennel cough, and it would calm his coughing down, also make him look drunk haha. He kept on getting the cough tho and the dumb ass vet was to lazy to do actual tests and he just gave us meds for my dog. well we went to another vet and she did all sorta of tests and it was actually bronchitis that my dog had

Probably better off. Last time I gave a sedative to my dog the poor thing didn't get back to normal for two days.
