Had a Flowmaster 40 for the last year and a half. Got sick of it and ordered a Dynomax Super Turbo #17748 20". Got it installed today.

No more obnoxious drone. Sounds close to stock with a little more rumble (perfect for what I'm looking for). If anyone wants, I'll get a sound clip.

And the big thing: truck is SIGNIFICANTLY more responsive. I don't want to think about the power I was losing with the Flowmaster, but compared to this, it is definitely noticeable and not in my head.

Also, the welds weren't holding up that well in the Flowmaster. Happy to get it off the truck for sure.

I had a Magnaflow on my Hemi Ram and loved it. Did want to try the Flowmaster.

I'm not a fan of flowmaster. They remind me of those ricer mufflers, the american equivalent.

The sound is much better on the 3.4, even though there is still some drone.

To be perfectly honest... My favorite sound on the first gens is Wicked Flows mufflers. We put an AT2525 on my buddies 02, and it doesn't sound as good as it does on my second gen. You will get considerably more drone than the AT while cruising though

Personally I like mine, it actually sounds like a truck now. But I like to hear my truck, and mine only drones some around 40-50. I love revving it up though cause it sounds even better in my opinion haha :p
