I lived in vegas about five years ago but only for a year. We were in the silverado ranch area then, but wanted some input on other areas in vegas that arent to bad?:D

    You will be fine as long as you are on an outer area of town. Far south is nice as well as SW, W, NW. Try to avoid north las Vegas and the east side. MOT is in the south and he can tell you more about it. I lived in the south for 20 years and it was nice but I needed a change and bought a house in the NW. I personally like it better. It's more quiet and just a hop, skip and a jump from MT Charleston which has plenty of hiking, biking and a ski resort for the few winter months we have.

    Where is this job offer at? I can then tell you what would be closest.

    Its a private CCTV (surveillance) company located somewhere in vegas, dont know exactley, but the work is all over town. I found a house up off of washington and Decatur, but dont know the area, but rent is only 1050/mo for a 4 bedroom house built in 1995 it says?:confused:

    Which is not bad considering you would be lucky to find a 2 bedroom apt here in San Diego for that price. Shit a 4 bedroom house will rent for 1800+ here!

    X2 I would not go there! The south and the southwest is good IMO I live in a condo and it's super quite never have any problems and my pool is always crawing with milf's lol! Let me know if you need any help brother!
