Well according to the news she might be in jail for only a month and then be free, because she's already severed 997 days in jail and that would count towards her sentence as time spent

So, not bringing up the fact that her daughter was missing and not until the grandmother asked about her (31 days later) and contacted the police is not proof enough that she had something to do with her daughter's disappearence?

I have nothing to admit, who am I to judge her, I didnt see her do it, I also didnt watch the trial but from what ive heard theres no solid evidence to prove or disprove she did it.

Sorry but nothing there proves murder in the 1st degree. Doesnt matter why you cant prove time or place of death. Without that and a murder weapon you cant prove murder
