WOW! Thats the best word to describe this weekend! I went to Appalachian State this weekend to spend time with my GF and celebrate our 7 month anniversary!

    SATURDAY
We drove to Boone in the afternoon! Then we got there, unpacked the Tacoma, and took a nap! By the time we woke up we had to start getting ready for a Birthday party! I went to Wendys and got food(guys just have to put on shoes and a jacket and go to a party, not get ready)! We come back and ate it. Then we left for the party! Stayed till around 1ish! I let the GF drive the Tacoma back in the sleet and ice! But she did amazing!(hopefully one day she will be an addition to the TACO family)

    SUNDAY
We got up around 11am and put on your snow outfits and warm cloths and went to Hawksnest(a tubing place about 30min away)! We got there and they told us we had to wait till 4pm to hit the slopes! All because they sold out! Well I was irrate because I knew it would cost a lot to stay there 5 hours and eat and everything and we forgot our hot hands and discount coupons! But me and the GF both paid for food thought the day!(Total food price at a ski resort= $30 dollars) and all we ate was cheese sticks, 2 drinks, a muffin, and chili! We finally got on the slopes and by this time it was cold, wet, and snowy! But we had an awesome time! We drove back down the curvy mountain in the TACO! It did awesome! We watched TV and movies in the dorm room/apartment area! Watched it snow and ordered Papa Johns pizza and cheese bread sticks.

    MONDAY
We got up early and went to Bojangles! As soon as we got around the wet, curvy, snowy roads and arrived, they told us they had ran out of Biscuts and whatever we wanted they would put on a bun for us! Which was perfectly fine! We got back and ate it and then went out and had a snowball fight and took pics by the TACO(pics will be up later tonight or tomorrow)! Then I packed and left! Now I am sitting at home missing her and wanting to go back to the Mountains!

But all in all the trip was amazing and the TACO did an awesome job driving in it! Now it just needs a cleaning to get all of the salt off! And I got close to 270 miles on one tank of gas!

Thanks man! I really enjoyed it! And we both really needed it! With her brother leaving for the army and me being so stressed over everything!
