Major traffic jams in Yellowstone today...taking it easy at the cabin and chilling in the Hot Tub with a beer.

There is always traffic in Yelly....you'll be waiting until October if you want traffic to die down.

How do you only spend an afternoon in Grand Teton? You're missing out on EVERYTHING!!!

We've been hitting the west entrance at 7:00 am. Plenty of time to do stuff and we're here til Monday morning. So 7 days is plenty of time to hit the areas I want to see.

Grand Teton was filled with different photograph opportunities (check out my facebook) and eating. Plus I played with a Bison herd off Antelope Loop in the southern part of Grand Teton. We didn't get back until 9:30 pm.

Antelope Loop...so you saw the barns on Mormon Row? You've got to be there at 6 am and watch the morning migration of photographers...its funny. Did you go into Jackson? Visit Snake River Brewing? Mmmmm....Zonker... Go to Teton village and ride the tram to the top? Hike anywhere? Get licked by an elk at Jenny Lake?

:quickdraw: visit in january or february and then see how you like it!

Saw the barns, didn't get a chance to stop though..I wanted to photograph them with the Tetons in the background. Didn't make it into Jackson. Ate a Bison Burger at the Jackson Lodge at Jackson Lake. I want to ride the tram, but don't know if we'll get too. We were gonna ride the ferry boat across the lake, but ran outta time for that too. We hiked the Norris Geyser Basin area and Artist Paint Pots, but spent most of the time driving around. I want to hike the Mammoth Hot Springs. We didn't do that either because of the kids and Amanda's mom. They were all whiny and crabby.
