I am looking into purchasing the Bilstein 5100s, 4 all around, for my '07 Taco TRD Sport 4x4. My question is: Is there anything else I absolutely have to buy with these shocks? My rear end sits pretty high, but have no TSB. Also, will the rear 5100s sit higher, causing me to require the front to be set above 1.75?

The rear 5100's don't provide any lift

Like Oz said no lift just better ride, 1.75 up front and you will be level. Or you could add an AAL in the back and bump them up to 2.75 for alittle more lift...

Awesome, THANKS! So is it eve worth it to get the rear shocks in addition to the fronts? Will it improve the ride quality to have all four?

After saturday i'll be able to give you my personal opinion, but from how other guys talk about them i would say they are worth it. I have the rear tsb and im doing an AAL so the better ride is what i was looking for....

I don't understand how the TSB or AAL improve the ride? As is, my ride is very bumpy. Wouldn't an AAL and/or TSB stiffin the rear end?

I got the tsb because i was sagging ass when i put a keg on the back of my truck . The tsb gave me the 4 leaf pack instead of the 3 leaf original. But yes TSB and AAL's stiffen the ride, to me personally the tsb wasnt that bad but once i add the AAL i think the added benefit of the rear 5100's will be worth it to improve ride quality...

I'm still a little confused about how a TSB works. (new to the mod game) - Is it possible to get the dealer to install an AAL for FREE? No cost for parts? No cost for labor? I'm pretty sure my Taco is still within the limits of the warranty.

The leaf spring TSB replaces your 3 leaf pack with a new 4 leaf pack , they do not simply add a leaf to your existing leaf pack

Ah, ok. But if I qualify (warranty) then they will cover the cost of parts and labor?

Thanks a million. Keeping my fingers crossed. I have a 7-year, 100,000 Warranty. Reviewed the warranty contract, and rear leaf springs are included. Hopefully they don't give me flak for exceeding the factory warranty. If so, should I just leave it be? I'm really only doing this so that I don't regret it when it's too late. That being said, my rear sits okay, though the the ride has always been very stiff and bumpy. Honestly I wonder if I should even bother...

The free leaf pack is a bonus, if you dont qualify for it you can always just get an AAL and get the same results...
