    I had to ground my cb mount to the left bed rail (where it's mounted) ground the left bed rail mount to the front bed rail mount and the front bed rail mount to the frame. I couldn't skip any of those or it would provide a faulty ground. I talked to a cb expert over the phone for help

    foresure! hopefully i dont sound like im under water, im still not a 100% sure if it works, but now both swr readings on channel 1 and 40 read 1.4 so i dont see why it wouldnt work
