So I've narrowed down my color choices to Magnetic Gray and Speedway Blue.

What i'm wondering is for you guys with either color, do you have likes/dislikes? I'm assuming the magnetic gray is going to show scratches and dirt WAY worse than the blue, and i am a bit concerned with pinstriping from trails.

Any insights i would really appreciate!

Also, the truck will eventually get bumpers, sliders, 3" lift and 33" tires.

Gotta be the gray. If you want to see what a good-looking Tacoma looks like, take a look at SilverSeven's rig. ^^^

magnetic grey is the way to go. I thought it would show scratches bad and always look dirty like my black DC i once had but i was wrong. it's like white to me... can be dirty as hell but not know it until you wash it and the scratches come out easy too.

I am partial to the MGM. Love the way it looks, specially after being washed.

I thought speedway blue was discontinued on the '09s?

    Nevermind, it was indigo ink

If it were me personally (other than loving my SWB), I would go for the Pyrite Mica to be different. The MGM is a great color, but everybody has one now...

be different  Go SWB or Pyrite Mica

That's a really good point i hadn't thought of. There's a girl from the dealership bringing one downtown for me tomorrow to see how bad it is to park in my underground spot and if all goes well with our company's Q1 budget projections, i should have a truck by this time next month.

    Thanks for the input guys.

I've only seen 2 MGM's locally, one DC and one AC.

Pyrite Mica i think is only a Tundra color, at least in Canada.

    For Taco's

    Magnetic Gray Metallic
    Barcelona Red Metallic
    Black Sand Pearl
    Alpine White
    Silver Streak Mica
    Speedway Blue
