I dunno, as long as it hasn't been altered from Fact. specs Ford would probably cover it just for publicity points to back up their "factory warranteed " offroader, but someone mentioned blocks or something which would in all likely hood void it out. I'll give Ford credit for actually building a semi -(or more) capable offroad truck for the public to abuse & offer up a warranty also, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, etc; doesn't matter you hit something hard enough or hit something just right you're going to bend or break something, long travel, short travel, no travel, all the same..

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Ford was always famous for having the toughest frames ever made, what happened?

Well the toyota dealer's salesman told me that ford traded the f150 frame to toyota in exchange for being able to use the first gen prius. Supposedly they use the f150 frames in the tundras. Then again this was the same guy who told me that a 2wd with a locker and a-trac would go anywhere the 4wd would.

I gotta say it looks like that shit is happening because they are flat out abusing thier trucks. I dont know much about LT but I know that you guys box the bed up and cut holes in it, put HUGE shocks through it ect. The raptor has none of that and hence should not be jumped. Common sense. It doest have secondary shocks or limit straps, it can go fast off road and is a nice truck. But not meant to jump it as high as you can.

How many blower motors does it take to convince you ?

I still have my original, and a blower motor is hardly a measure of reliability.

I did read up on it and that is pretty cool. I would like all those functions too just not in one goofy-labeled button. each function should get an individual switch that would be bad ass. you could fine tune the truck for any surface/situation.

For some reason 'OffRoad Mode' seems sooo... corny I guess.

I just picture Bill & Ted sitting in the front seat of a raptor. Bill -"Do you know what we need, bro?" Ted - "nah, Bro, what?" Bill - "Bro... the button to defeat all, Bro!" Bill & Ted together - "OFFROAD MODE!!!!!" (air guitar)

alot of metal, small engine, decent travel.
caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc

anytime you romp on a truck really hard without boxing the frame/gussets it will bend. this was the problem is them giving a c channel frame in a dealer LT (sorta) truck.

exactly, you cant treat your truck like shit like some of these guys are and then wonder why its broken. Cause and effect.
