i fill sorry for guys guys in cal with BS gun laws. we don’t have to have a “reason" to get a CWP we can just get one. just have to be 21. and all that stuff. pretty much if you can buy a hang gun you can get a CWP in TN. :D i can’t wait till i can get mine.

PC12031(j)(1) – You can carry a loaded firearm, if
otherwise lawful, if you reasonably believe that you
or another, or your property or another’s property
are in immediate, grave danger and carrying the
weapon is necessary for preservation of that
person or property. "Immediate" means the brief
interval before and after the local law enforcement
agency, when reasonably possible, has been
notified of the danger and before the arrival of its
    assistance.

Love it when the system works.:D

Oh and the only thing you have to worry about in TN is the cops pulling you over and finding any cash over 100 bucks. They'll take it and claim it is drug money. They get to keep it unless you can prove it isn't.

Nice to see that logic and reason prevailed in this case.

Wait a minute, since when is it the cops business (or anyone's) on how much money I have in my wallet? Do they really ask you how much money you have in your wallet when they pull you over?

Just because they do that doesn't mean its legal.

And yes, gun laws here in CA do suck but we are heading toward state-wide shall-issue. I bet between the next year or two

How can 'property' which is an inanimate object be in "grave" danger?

I guess that means the people but what kind of danger is the property suppose to be in before you off somebody?

for 1 why would you package money like that? if they suspect it is drug related YES they CAN take it! you would be surprised buy how many 18 wheelers cary drugs thru this state!! and it depends on if you have say $500 in 20’s VS 5 /100 dollar bills. i have heard of people in knoxville getting arrested and having $1’000 in 20’s 10’s and 5’s. and they had been arrested a few times be for with drugs on them. it is also has allot to do with you’r attitude with the stop.. my brother is a cop. he has told me allot of things to do and not to do.
