X2..Its a waste to wave at tacoma drivers in the bay area, cause there is a ton of em. I stopped waving at them long ago, most of them are stock and the ones that are modded just kind of stare at you. I see a few guys in Petaluma that wave, which is cool, but for the most part its a bunch of Bro's maddoggin, and im over beating up strangers that start shit.

It's not bad around here. I usually give a wave to other tacoma drivers, and usually have them returned. I have also made a point to make room for em when needed, it has been returned too. Its kind of nice.

I will agree with the North East guys on the drivers out there. Did some travalin around up that way when I lived in PA, its interesting to say the least.

I find Titian owners to be the biggest douches on the road around here.. I guess them having a truck called A "Titian" entitles them to drive everywhere fast, never yield, and cut you off everywhere so it will give them an excuse to floor it....

I do a wave to Tacos around here sometimes, any modded ones will do it back, also they make a point to make sure we're next to each other at a stoplight so we can talk trucks for a minute  Back when I first got the truck I waved at another non-modded second gen and the guy flipped me off, lol. Oh on a somewhat related story one of my friend that used to have a modded wrangler just got a new Grand Cherokee, and "out of habit" keeps doing the jeep wave to other jeeps, all the guys in wranglers just flip him off now :D

I was born a Masshole, lived in CA for 10 years and MD (DC beltway) for 12 years and they all are bad but DC was the worst. I hated that comute, never knew what was going to happen and it happened more days than not. I only had to drive 25 miles and it took over an hour and a half and that's on a good day!

Also I get a lot of nods from Tundra guys, mainly the last gen ones as they're a pretty similar size to the 2nd gen Tacos. I'd say theres an appreciation between the drivers of all Toyota truck/off roadish vehicle drivers thats stronger than most other brands.

Along with people that own Mercedes. Either they actually know how to use their engines and cut you off or are too afraid of getting hit so they delay stepping on the pedal when traffic actually moves during rush hour and everyone and their brother cuts them off... while I end up getting behind every single one of those dumbasses

I stopped caring YEARS ago how other people drive. I have a reborn attitide now, that's why I plan my trip and drive at 13 mph; now I'm the A-hole in front of everybody. Hey if they are in such a hurry they should have left sooner. So, next time you're stuck in traffic, look waaaay up in line and you'll see a black Taco. F'm.

What is it with Silverado drivers? Today coming home from work one ran up my ass and kept swerving into the middle of the road as if he was intimidating me. Normally I would get irritated but today I just kinda scarfed and when I got to the stop sign I kinda did this on purpose but pulled out in front of someone that I probably wouldn't have under normal circumstances just to get the asshole off my ass. I wasn't driving particularly slow, about 5 over the speed limit. So then after another turn, here comes a different one right up on me again, WTF?

It's normal for any random vehicle here, unless you drive at least 10 over the limit people are all over you, and some still are at higher speeds. But that was just kind of a rant due to the Cheby asses that happened to both get me at the same time. I've been trying to keep it slow for mpg's and I guess I piss people off for going too slow. I mean 5 over is enough, I'm not going to be pushed and get a ticket for some asshole.

    .
Well I certainly appreciate your honesty!!!:D:D If you ain't from NY or Cali, you'd have a freakin heart attack!

You have to drive it like it's a big truck! Bark!! Bark loudly!!

Yeah well A LOT of Wash and Oregon residents are Cali transplants and everyone has learned to get with the program and hate on Cali-plated cars, ESPECIALLY the highway patrols, on a roadie recently, the ONLY cars I saw pulled over in those two states were Cali cars!

No way! You mean there are worse drivers than us???? Can't be!

I think you have to prove you are a jackass before you can buy one!

I'd have to aggree with you on that, there a lot of mall crawlers that don't really care about their trucks, some just don't get it but I still do it anyways.
