Are you going to do anything with your cats? I read somewhere that there are 2 on our trucks, can we remove the second one with out poping a code?

I would just leave both on dude. You'll want that back-pressure on the low end. Just my .02.

No you cant remove the rear set without throwing a check engine light. You will need the URD 02 sensor bypass to do that.

In all honesty, you need your cats unless you are forced induction like me. You need at least 1 set of cats for back pressure and exhaust scavenging. You can get by with a set of Long tube headers and stock Y pipe to keep your rear cats and get the URD 02 simulator.

Myself I am eventually going long tube headers, URD Y pipe, completly remove the cats, and a full tune which I will need to do to adjust for lack of back pressure and a free-er breathing engine.

You save about $40 it looks like. I got grey ones also... I have seen them in other trucks and they are heavy duty, and form fitting.

Chicks never take there trucks off road, ergo dont need floor mats for all the lack of dirt and mud!

Save your money for that LED dash mod!
