^This, for the most part. Most cops I know do not arrest people for weed- many don't even arrest for felony amounts. I wouldnt say they are all cooperative, but I wouldnt be afraid of a 20 year old kid who's high as a kite wanting to go toe to toe with me.

As I said above, most that I know don't bother arresting for possesion, and I can not remember ever hearing of someone arresting for DUI because they were high (on marijuana).

In fact, making a bunch of misdemeanor pot arrests is the quickest way to earn a reputation as a 'stats' guy and get flamed by your coworkers

Disagree. Attitude has more to do with weather or not the person is going to be cited, or taken in for pot, or whatever.

Non-pot smoker, against legalization but also against criminalization in some cases. I know it doesn't really make sense, but it makes sense in my head. :p

Everyone who disagrees with me is uneducated.

If they bothered to become educated on the topic, they would completely validate my position.

People who disagree are relying on outdated stereotypical information, anecdotes, and misinformation from biased sources.

I just don't understand why these uneducated folks continue to argue the point.

If Sir Isaac Newton had gotten stoned and didnt hear the apple falling, but upon being whacked in the head with said apple still came up with his theory on gravity, would you question logic because he had smoked some suspicious foliage?

I busted a guy with 3.5lbs that wanted to fight me , busted a guy for 5 grams and he went for a hand gun ,right before he was lying face down on the highway. Any person under the influence or transporting illegal drugs are a danger to the public ,acourse my experience and opinion.

Oh yeah ,forgot about the 5 Birmingham Hispanics that were found last year 20 miles from my town ,in a hotel with their nostrils , eyes ,and ears filled with super glue and their bodies had been hooked to the wall outlets to finish their torturing death. The county investigators charged 3-4 guys with the Atlanta Cartel ,that the B'ham cartel had ripped off. This Marijuana world is so peaceful, DUDE. By the way , NO I did not sign my name on the petition to help you with your illegal dope smoking:D Have a great day
