    No. You can change the gears on the switch but they won't change. The chain is fine that I know of. It's been in the barn si its not out in the weather.

    i think i know what's wrong. bring it along and i'll take a look, but i may not have the parts needed to fix it. i can at least tell you what it needs though and you can take it to a bike shop.

    if it doesn't need parts, and only needs some tuneing, it won't cost you a dime. i don't know what, if any parts it will need though.
