    You can black out the personal info with Paint. Open your PDF file on your computer and size it so that you can see the maximum amount. Then hit "ALT-Printscreen" (Pushing Printscreen by itself will do the whole desktop; holding the ALT button will copy just the active application). That will put a snapshot of the PDF viewer in memory. Open Paint and select Edit->Paste. That will put the pdf image in your Paint program (it'll be the whole program including title bar). Trim it so it only shows the PDF file. Then spray over your info with black or erase it.
