So I finally plasti dipped my badges. Now I see why everyone went nuts about this stuff. It's freakin cool. Kinda want to do my grill to see if I like the black and do the rear bumper till it gets replaced with something decent.

Didn't get pics because it got too dark. Looks great. The black looks a lot more agressive than the lame chrome.

If anyone is considering ditching a brush guard and wants a bull bar, shoot me a pm.

My Step Brother used to beat up on me when I was young and he was older and bigger.

I'm now probably 1/2 a foot taller than him and have 100lbs on him. LOL

when we did my friends land rover, he went online and found a place that sold heavy duty ujoints. i'd poke around online and see what you come up with.

I'm guessing I need ujoints. Once I go over about 40 the truck starts to rattle something awfull. Then once I left off the gas, about 2 seconds later the rattling stops, like if the driveshaft stopped spinning. Then once I hit the gas again, it starts back up.
I just went out but have no play in the driveshaft but I read somewhere that even if there is no play, they still could be bad.

yeah, if you had play, the joints would have either worn to the point where they'd come appart (you'd know if this happened) or you would have been experiencing this for a pretty long time.

soooooo, that rock that dented my skid plate...looks like it bounced from that to the lower control arm mount. i was wondering why the truck pulled to the left a little.
