I'm tempted to try out the android OS that has been ported to work on x86 architecture. My only problem with that is i don't know if it will have all the drivers for the touch screen, GPS units, and be able to tether to my phone for internet.

I've got a public relations gig at work today, gotta pick up some corporate rep and chauffer him around site, boss gave me 20$ to buy him lunch at the cafe.
Armour just adds weight and slows you down, first you'll need something stronger that can handle the armour, you can't weigh down your baby first before adding power cause then it'll just chug around.
Thank god he was already out, did the guy sue?!
 You expect TW to talk you out of modding

Yep, I've seen that one. That's part of my inspiration. The only thing i have a concern with is the monitor. I've seen some bad reviews on how it looks in sunlight. I'd like to ask Squirrel about it, but he doesn't seem to be posting here any more. Anyone know where he's gone?

I think he just got tired of the DB's around here and left. Some of the garage guys know how to reach him I believe.

You'll def have to tether your phone for internet. Although, if you use iPad and plug an aircard in it?? :notsure:
$20 for lunch at the cafe? What will that get you - two shots of expresso? :notsure: I don't think the guy sued, at least not to my knowledge. I was not on the call with him THANK GOODNESS. But he told me the story first-hand. I'm not sure I would ever tell anyone a story like that if I did something that dumb.
