    Shift tower worn with some rubber falling apart in there was causing short shifting, grinding, and popping out of gears :eek:

    Cleaned....way better now....may still buy new shifter.

    Hmmmm...I may have to check this on mine. I have been noticing I have been grinding 4th gear sometimes lately. I dunno if it's because I'm lazy and not pushing in the clutch all the way...or something else???

    probably the cheapest vs new shift tower or a short shifter....gonna think about it. 100bucks for the kit and that seat can't be that much.

    Was totaly the problem....works good now but going to replace the seat just cause I know it's worn.

    This blue chingosso (Shift lever ball seat) pictured here from an x-runner I can't find to save mah life! Does it come out? Only seen it referenced in 1st gens getting replaced...and nah can find the part number :cool:

    I kante be the only second gen that's need to replace this lil seat on here :D I found the whole receiver part# but 60 buck vs 10 :cool:
